Lagos, Nigeria — Popular cleric and founder of Grace Nation Church, Pastor Chris Okafor, has addressed recent allegations of an alleged affair leveled against him by Nollywood actress Doris Ogala, using strong words during a Sunday church service.
In a sermon that has since circulated widely on social media, Pastor Okafor criticized what he described as disrespectful behavior and public accusations made against him. Without directly naming the actress, the clergyman questioned her conduct, language, and public image, making remarks that sparked intense reactions online.
“You are just being arrogant to people, talking to people anyhow… I no dey respect anybody o, I no well,” he said during the service, before going on to make comments about marriage, character, and reputation. His statements included controversial references to a woman’s marital status and personal relationships.
