Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo has announced that she is stepping back from efforts to reconcile her colleagues, Funke Akindele and Toyin Abraham, following unsuccessful attempts to resolve their differences.
Iyabo Ojo revealed that despite putting in considerable effort to mediate between the two actresses, her attempts did not yield the desired outcome. She stated that she had “tried her best” but would no longer be involved in the reconciliation process.
The feud between Funke Akindele and Toyin Abraham has been a subject of public attention, especially among fans of Nollywood, with both actresses enjoying massive followings and influence in the industry.
Iyabo’s decision signals that the rift may persist for now, as no resolution appears to have been reached. However, fans continue to express hope that the two stars may eventually settle their differences privately.
