Popular social media activist Martins Vincent Otse, widely known as VeryDarkMan (VDM), has stepped into the escalating controversy involving Nollywood actress Doris Ogala and clerics Pastor Chris Okafor and Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin, issuing a stern warning over Ogala’s reported arrest.
In a statement shared on social media, VDM disclosed that he had been prompted by what he described as a “spiritual leading” to contact Doris Ogala regarding the ongoing allegations. According to him, after speaking with the actress earlier in the day, she forwarded to him what he claimed were pieces of evidence connected to the matter.
VDM alleged that those responsible for Ogala’s arrest intend to destroy the evidence contained on her phone, raising concerns over possible suppression of information.
“I know those who arrested her want to destroy the evidence on her phone,” he said.
The activist went further to issue a public ultimatum to Pastor Chris Okafor and Prophet Jeremiah, warning that if Doris Ogala does not regain her freedom by Tuesday, he would release all the evidence allegedly sent to him on social media.
“I’m giving Pastor Chris Okafor and Jeremiah a warning: if Doris Ogala does not return home by Tuesday, every piece of evidence she sent me will be released,” VDM declared.
As of the time of filing this report, neither Pastor Chris Okafor nor Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin has officially responded to the claims, while details surrounding Doris Ogala’s arrest remain unclear.
The development has further fueled public debate online, with many Nigerians calling for transparency, due process, and the protection of evidence amid the growing controversy.
